Alberto Alemanno
Jean Monnet Professor of European Union Law and Policy at HEC Paris and Democracy Fellow at Harvard University. His work focuses on using law to empower citizens and strengthen democratic accountability. He is the author of Lobbying for Change: Find Your Voice to Create a Better Society and founder of The Good Lobby, a civic initiative promoting equal access to power.

Alina Mungiu-Pippidi
Professor of Comparative Public Policy at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and Honorary President of the Romanian Academic Society. She chairs the European Research Centre for Anticorruption and State-Building (ERCAS) and coordinates the EU Horizon project BridgeGap. Her books include Europe’s Burden: Promoting Good Governance Across Borders and A Quest for Good Governance.
