The BridgeGap WP4 University of Glasgow team launched at OECD GACIF a systems map of integrity management systems and a self-assessment Integrity Management Barometer (IMB).
The systems’ map allows policy makers and regulators to follow the loops of vicious and virtual cycles of corruption, gaining perspective of key risk interactions.
The IMB is an interactive tool designed to help organisations evaluate the strength of their internal integrity systems. It allows companies, public institutions, and other organisations to assess how effective they are in observing ethical behaviour, managing corruption risks, and embedding integrity into everyday operations.
BridgeGap thus links research to practice by offering these analytical and actionable self management tools for organizations. Use them and keep bad weather away!
